Deliveries are available 7 days a week.

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The delivery window will be confirmed during the order process.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on postcode:
Inner Perth — $20
Metro Perth — $25
Outer Metro — $30
Extended Perth — $40Complimentary delivery is available on orders over $250.

Yes, all bouquets include flower food to help extend the life of your flowers.

Each order includes a simple care guide with instructions to help your flowers stay fresh for as long as possible.

Orders can be changed or cancelled before they are confirmed by our team manager.

Refunds are available only if the order has not yet been confirmed by our team.

We carefully photograph deliveries at the drop-off location. If flowers are damaged during transportation, they will not be delivered — we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.
