HORA Mother’s Day Giveaway — Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period
The HORA Mother’s Day Giveaway opens on 26 April 2026 and closes at 6:00pm AWST on 3 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals using genuine Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Prizes include complimentary delivery and can only be delivered to an address within the Perth metropolitan area, Western Australia.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:
a) Follow @horaflowers.au on Instagram
b) Follow the HORA Flowers Facebook page
c) Like the giveaway post on Instagram
d) Comment on the giveaway post on Instagram and tag one (1) person
Unlimited comments are permitted.
One comment equals one entry.
Entries made using fake, bot, spam, or third-party managed accounts may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
4. Prize Details
There will be three (3) winners.
1st Prize
One Luxe bouquet plus one chocolate gift box, with complimentary Perth metro delivery included.
2nd Prize
One Luxe bouquet, with complimentary Perth metro delivery included.
3rd Prize
One Classic bouquet, with complimentary Perth metro delivery included.
5. Prize Conditions
Prizes are:
- not transferable
- not exchangeable
- not redeemable for cash
If, due to seasonal availability or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, any flower variety, packaging element, or product component is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and quality of the prize.
Delivery timing will be arranged directly with each winner and is subject to availability.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received before the closing time.
The draw will take place at 8:00pm AWST on 3 May 2026 using a randomiser tool.
There will be:
- one (1) First Prize winner
- one (1) Second Prize winner
- one (1) Third Prize winner
Maximum one prize per person.
If the same person is drawn more than once, only the highest-value prize drawn first will be awarded to that person, and another eligible entry will be drawn for the remaining prize.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by direct message on Instagram using the account used to enter.
Each winner must respond within 24 hours of first contact.
If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, the prize will be forfeited.
8. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who:
- does not comply with these Terms and Conditions
- does not complete all required entry steps
- uses fake accounts, bots, or automated methods
- submits entries that are incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent
9. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that HORA may announce their Instagram handle on Instagram, Facebook, and related promotional channels for the purpose of administering and promoting the giveaway.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
- late, lost, incomplete, interrupted, or misdirected entries
- technical failures of Instagram, Facebook, internet services, or devices
- any variation in prize appearance due to seasonal flower availability
- circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control affecting delivery or prize fulfilment
11. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility or liability in connection with this promotion.
12. General
By entering this promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion where necessary.
